For this project, the client purchased a WordPress theme from Themeforest that they wanted customized to match their brand colors and could be integrated with Pardot as their marketing automation system, as well as Zendesk to provide easy access for customers to log in to their customer service portal.
Marketing Tech Integration
The client previously implemented Pardot as their marketing automation platform. Pardot forms are created and placed on landing pages for content downloads and the website’s main contact form which flow into Pardot and sync with Salesforce to provide a seamless lead generation process. Additionally, a number of custom, responsive email templates were developed and imported into Pardot. These templates can be accessed by the Cforia team within Pardot to edit and launch campaigns.
